Elementrial was founded by Stephan Duller and Reinhardt Grabuschnigg to provide focused, senior-level support for clinical trials — without the overhead of traditional CROs. With backgrounds spanning sponsor, CRO, and academic settings, we work directly on each project, combining scientific and operational expertise for efficient, high-quality execution.

Stephan Duller

Stephan studied microbiology and genetics before moving into the CRO industry, where he led a molecular biology lab supporting preclinical and clinical trials. He later worked on the sponsor side as a scientific officer in clinical-phase drug development, focusing on neurodegenerative diseases. Today, as an independent expert, he supports all stages of clinical research with an emphasis on study design, protocol development, medical writing, and data evaluation.

Reinhardt Grabuschnigg

Reinhardt holds a degree in nursing science and has worked in clinical CROs across monitoring, recruitment, and project management roles. He later joined a medical device company to lead clinical development activities before becoming an independent consultant. His focus is on clinical trial operations, site oversight, and efficient project delivery.
